Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of payment receipt and are sent via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature required (UPS Extra), an additional fee will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders placed individually, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Boxes are sized generously so that your items are well protected.
