Our mission
Beebit is the multi-vendor marketplace designed for those who want to shop online paying exclusively in Bitcoin, on-chain or via the Lightning Network. The products on display are priced in satoshis (SATS), with a real-time updated conversion, so that the bitcoin value always stays consistent with the listed price.
The project was born out of a desire to demonstrate, through everyday use, that Bitcoin can be a simple, fast and secure means of payment for real e-commerce, not just a store of value.
How it works
Beebit brings together independent shops and artisans in a single online showcase. Each seller manages their own catalog, logistics and shipping of their products; Beebit provides the platform, the Bitcoin payment infrastructure and the shared showcase that lets customers choose items, pay with bitcoin and receive their goods directly from the seller.

Beebit is a project of Dr Donkey S.r.l. Our goal is to make Bitcoin payments accessible to a growing number of shops and customers, integrating the best technological solutions available in the Bitcoin and Lightning Network ecosystem.
