Terms and Conditions of Use

Beebit Store (a brand of Dr Donkey S.r.l.) ("Beebit" or "we") provides you with site features and other products when you visit, use devices and products provided by Beebit (collectively, the "Beebit Services"). We invite you to review our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy to understand how we collect and process your personal data through the Beebit Services. Beebit provides the Beebit Services subject to the following terms and conditions ("General Terms of Use and Sale").

When you use the Beebit Services or send us emails, text messages (SMS) and other communications from your computer or mobile device, you are communicating with us electronically. We may communicate with you in various ways, for example by email, text message (SMS), in-app notifications, or by posting messages and communications on the site or through other Beebit Services. Subject to specific mandatory legal provisions, you agree that all contracts, notices, disclosures and other communications provided electronically satisfy the requirement of written form, where required by law.

All content present or made available through the Beebit Services in the form of text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio files, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the property of Beebit and/or Dr Donkey S.r.l. or its content providers and is protected under Italian copyright and database rights laws.

Permitted Use

You may not systematically extract and/or reuse parts of the Beebit Services without Beebit's express written consent. In particular, you may not use data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction tools to reuse any substantial part of the Beebit Services without our express written consent, nor create or publish a database reproducing substantial parts (e.g. prices and product listings) of the Beebit Services.

The graphic material, logos, page headers, button icons, fonts and service marks included in or made available through the Beebit Services are trademarks or distinctive signs of Beebit and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Beebit's, in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers or to discredit Beebit.

Account and Security

If you use the Beebit Services, you are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for restricting access to your computer and devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities carried out under your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you have reason to believe your password is being, or is likely to be, used without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account, preventing access to the Beebit Services, if your conduct constitutes a justified reason, in particular in the event of a breach of applicable law or the applicable contractual terms. You will still be able to access content and products already purchased up to that point.

User-Generated Content

You may post reviews, comments and other content, provided they are not unlawful (obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or infringing on privacy or intellectual property rights) and do not contain viruses, political propaganda, commercial solicitation or spam. By posting content, you grant Beebit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and modify it, without prejudice to your moral copyright.

Limitation of Liability

Beebit will not be liable for losses that are not a consequence of a breach of these General Terms, for loss of business opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. We will not be liable for delays or failures resulting from an unforeseeable event or force majeure, without prejudice to the buyer's right to receive the goods within a reasonable time or to be reimbursed in the event of non-delivery due to such circumstances.

These General Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. The competent court for any dispute is the Court of Milan.

We do not sell products to minors. We sell products for children that may only be purchased by adults. If you are under 18, you may only use the Beebit Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
